Message	Its one thing to insult a product its another to complain of customer service. I have had no issues with my EPROM or service for that matter. I did order some Sport SMICs and he was having issues getting the end tanks welded but he made it up to me when I went to go visit him. He fixed my leaking BOVs, checked out the engine, retuned my ECU, and then hooked up my EBC and set it.
